    มีรายการอาหารกลางวันของแต่ละวันบนบอร์ด  (ที่โรงเรียน)

2. ถ้าพูดถึง  รายการขนมหวาน / รายการผลไม้  ใช้ว่า   dessert menu / fruits menu  ได้ไหม

3. This medicine I take will make me sleepy.

    ยานี้กินแล้วจะง่วงนอน

4. I will get some ice to reduce swelling.

    จะเอาน้ำแข็งมาประคบให้

5. We will buy seafood as such prawn crab  fish and put them into the ice box with some ice on the way home. This way they will be still fresh.

    เราจะซื้ออาหารทะเลสดๆเช่น กุ้ง ปู ปลา และใส่ในถังน้ำแข็งไว้ระหว่างที่เดินทางกลับบ้าน จะทำให้อาหารยังคงสด

2. ถ้าพูดถึง  รายการขนมหวาน / รายการผลไม้  ใช้ว่า   dessert menu / fruits menu  ได้ไหม

->  dessert menu ได้ครับ  รายการผลไม้ หากเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของของหวานจะเป็น  fruit dessert menu  ครับ

    ยานี้กินแล้วจะง่วงนอน

-> ใช้เหมือนกันครับ sleepy จะใช้เป็น drowsy อีกแบบก็ได้เหมือนกันนะครับ แปลว่าง่วงนอนเหมือนกัน

4. I will get some ice to reduce swelling.

    จะเอาน้ำแข็งมาประคบให้

->  I will apply (a pack of) ice on your (sprained ankle) to reduce swelling.

5. We will buy seafood as such prawn crab  fish and put them into the ice box with some ice on the way home. This way they will be still fresh.

    เราจะซื้ออาหารทะเลสดๆเช่น กุ้ง ปู ปลา และใส่ในถังน้ำแข็งไว้ระหว่างที่เดินทางกลับบ้าน จะทำให้อาหารยังคงสด

->  ใช้เหมือนกันครับ แต่ still ขอประโยคหลังควรอยู่ตรงตำแหน่ง  ...they will still be fresh  เพราะ  still หากมี auxiliary verb และ main verb  จะอยู่ก่อน main verb  ครับ (ในที่นี้คือ be)

--> This medication may cause drowsiness.

    จะเอาน้ำแข็งมาประคบให้
Let me put ice on your ......(part of body) to reduce swelling.

5. We will buy seafood as such prawn crab  fish and put them into the ice box with some ice on the way home. This way they will be still fresh.
    เราจะซื้ออาหารทะเลสดๆเช่น กุ้ง ปู ปลา และใส่ในถังน้ำแข็งไว้ระหว่างที่เดินทางกลับบ้าน จะทำให้อาหารยังคงสด
--> We will buy some fresh seafood such as prawn, crab and fish, then store them in the ice box with ice on the way home. This can keep refrigerated food cold and fresh.

  1.  เตาถ่าน  เรียกว่า  charcoal stove  ได้ไหม

  2.  We will light the  charcoal stove and grill seafood over it. 

     เราจะจุดเตาถ่านและย่างอาหารทะเล 

  3.  I like to use the charcoal stove more than the electric stove to grill food, It will give the better taste. It is just my own opinion, not everybody.

     แม่ชอบใช้เตาถ่านมากกว่าเตาไฟฟ้าในการย่างอาหาร มันจะให้รสชาติที่อร่อยกว่า มันเป็นแค่ความคิดของแม่นะ ไม่ใช่สำหรับทุกคน

  4.  Put seafood on the grill and grill it with a small fire, don't let the fire too strongly. Otherwise the seafood will be burnt outside, but undercooked inside.

     วางอาหารบนตะแกรงและย่างด้วยไฟอ่อนๆ อย่าให้ไฟแรงเกินไป  ไม่งั้นจะไหม้ข้างนอกแต่ข้างในยังไม่สุก

1.  เตาถ่าน  เรียกว่า  charcoal stove  ได้ไหม

->  charcoal stove  หรือ stove เฉย ๆ ก็ได้ครับ

 

  2.  We will light the  charcoal stove and grill seafood over it. 

     เราจะจุดเตาถ่านและย่างอาหารทะเล

->  We will light the stove and grill seafood on it.

 

  3.  I like to use the charcoal stove more than the electric stove to grill food, It will give the better taste. It is just my own opinion, not everybody.

     แม่ชอบใช้เตาถ่านมากกว่าเตาไฟฟ้าในการย่างอาหาร มันจะให้รสชาติที่อร่อยกว่า มันเป็นแค่ความคิดของแม่นะ ไม่ใช่สำหรับทุกคน

->  I prefer to charcoal stove to electric one when grilling food because it makes food taste better.  But it's just my personal opinion.

 

  4.  Put seafood on the grill and grill it with a small fire, don't let the fire too strongly. Otherwise the seafood will be burnt outside, but undercooked inside.

     วางอาหารบนตะแกรงและย่างด้วยไฟอ่อนๆ อย่าให้ไฟแรงเกินไป  ไม่งั้นจะไหม้ข้างนอกแต่ข้างในยังไม่สุก

->  Put the food on the grill and grill it over a mild flame.  Watch the heat.  If the heat is too high, the food will get burnt on the outside but the inside may still be undercooked.

    แล้วถ้าใช้  like  

    -  I like to use the charcoal stove more than the electric stove to grill food.  ได้ความหมายเหมือนกันกับการใช้คำว่า  prefer  ไหมค่ะ

 

5. เคยอ่านหนังสือเจอ  a small fire  =  ใช้ไฟอ่อนๆ  ความหมายเหมือนกับ  a mild flame

5.  small fire จะหมายถึงกองไฟเล็ก เช่น  We all sat around a small (camp)fire.   แต่หากทำอาหารอย่างปิ้งย่าง จะนิยมใช้ "flame" มากกว่าครับ  ส่วนที่ผมใช้ mild flame  ผมมาอ่านดูใหม่แล้ว ขอแก้เป็น low flame ดีกว่าครับ  เพราะหากพูดถึงระดับไฟที่ใช้ทำอาหาร (รวมทั้ง heat หากเป็นเตาไฟฟ้า) จะใช้ High, medium, low (flame/heat) ครับ
