ยากนะเนี่ยข้อนี้ ไม่ทราบเหมือนกันค่ะ แต่ไฟตกมันทำให้ไฟกระพริบใช่หรือเปล่า อันนั้นดารู้อยู้แล้วนิ light flickering

ถ้าเครื่องสำรองไฟที่ใช้กับ computer จะเรียกว่า UPS ครับ uninterruptible power supply ส่วนถ้าเป็น power supply น่าจะเป็นเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ามากกว่าครับ อย่างเช่นใน computer ก็จะมีตัวนี้อยู่ข้างใน เวลาที่ไฟไม่เข้าเครื่องก็สามารถเปลี่ยนเฉพาะตัว power supply ได้ครับ
