    1. "เกี่ยวกับไฟฟ้า"  เช่น electrical engineer/wiring/maintainance/tape/cable

passed - adj. ผ่านพ้น (complete) จากกริยา pass

Ten days passed by

#"Did they get the law passed?" "Yes, they finally put it through."

past - adj. ที่ผ่านไปแล้ว (before, previous, former)

- prep. เลยผ่าน (farther)

It's almost half past eleven.

#He will soon be past playing with toys.

4. We have to get passed / past.  เราต้องผ่านมันไปให้ได้     ใช้ passed หรือ past  ค่ะ

ที่เราใช้ We have to get past เพราะว่าในประโยคนี้คุณรัชนีต้องการสื่อความหมาย

ถึงการผ่านพ้นปัญหาไปได้ ซึ่ง get past เป็น idiom ค่ะ แปลว่า รอดพ้น ผ่านพ้นปัญหาอุปสรรค

ยกตัวอย่างอีกประโยคหนึ่งนะคะ

I know the divorce was very traumatic for you but you have to get past it.

คำว่า past เป็น Adj โดยตรง

คำว่า passed เป็นอดีตของ v. to pass ซึ่งเราสามารถใช้คำว่า pass ให้ทำหน้าที่เป็น Adj. ได้โดยการเติม -ed เช่น

“A passed pawn” (adjective)

- Term used in chess.

“A passed ball” (adjective) -

Term used in baseball.

“A passed midshipman/fireman/surgeon” (adjective)

- Someone who has passed a period of instruction and qualified through examination – apparently this usage arose in the navy.

จริงๆ คำว่า  get passed ก็มีใช้เหมือนกันค่ะแต่ใช้ในบริบทที่ต่างไปค่ะ เหมือนในประโยคที่คุณ Alissa ยกตัวอย่างมา

#"Did they get the law passed?"  "Yes, they finally put it through."ในประโยคนี้ จะมีความหมายเชิงว่า พวกเขาทำให้กฏหมายผ่านได้หรือเปล่า แต่ไม่ได้หมายความว่าพวกเขาเอาชนะหรือรอดพ้นกฏหมาย

thank you ka :D

get past = over obstacle.

to pass/get passed = normal pass.

"to get past" is more common when discussing an obstacle such as a firewall in a communications network. We refer to passing something if we just walk, ride or drive past it with no particular difficulty

still a little confused but things should clear up with some practice. thank you ka. :D

พอดีอาจจะอธิบายไม่ค่อยเคลียร์เท่าไหร่นะคะ ลองเข้าไปอ่านตามลิงค์นี้ดูค่ะเค้าอธิบายไว้ได้ดีทีเดียวค่ะ

ขอบคุณค่ะ เข้าไปอ่านแล้วเหมือนกันค่ะ :D

เคยมีประโยคที่คุณเอกยกตัวอย่างให้
He won't let the car behind get past him.

มาลองๆ ใช้ ลองสรุปดู เข้าใจแล้วค่ะ ขอบคุณมากนะคะ :D

to go past = to pass

to get past - idiom = to overcome the obstacle

to get passed = to make/put something through

มาคอนเฟิร์มความเข้าใจของตัวเอง

to go past = to pass

 -  We have gone past the park. = We have passed the park. เราผ่านสวนสาธารณะมาแล้ว

to get past - idiom = to overcome the obstacle

 -  We have to get past this problem   เราต้องผ่านปัญหานี้ไปให้ได้

 -  He won't let the car behind get past him.  เขาไม่ยอมให้รถข้างหลังแซง

**  to get passed = to make/put something through

    ขอตัวอย่างประโยคหน่อยค่ะ

the ball got passed to the ace of A team (by referee)

my report got passed from one to another for about 15 minutes until i received it back.

the new act of law about education got passed yesterday.

Thanks ka
