ข้อ 1 และ 2 ถ้าพับทั้ง 2 ข้าง ก็อย่าลืมทำเป็น plural นะคะ sleeves, legs

4. Hold the water in your mouth (for a moment/ 10 seconds...etc.) and then spit it out. ศัพท์ปวดหัวกว่านี้ก็ใช้ expectorate ค่ะ แปลว่า บ้วนน้ำ

เอาลงก็ตรงกันข้ามเลยค่ะ roll down your sellves.
