น้ำแข็งใส

ขอรบกวนต่ะ

ไม่ทราบว่าพอจะนึกวิธีการทำน้ำแข็งใส แบบโบราณ ได้บ้างมั๊ยคะ
ที่เอาน้ำแข็งก้อนใหญ่ๆๆ วางบน ม้าไม้ ที่ไสน้ำแข็งน่ะค่ะ แล้วเลื่อนไปเลื่อนมา
แล้วน้ำแข็งก็หล่นลงมาตรงข้างใต้ เป็นเกล็ดๆๆๆ น่ะค่ะ

พี่เก๋คะ (ขออนุญาติเรียกพี่เลยนะคะ แอบไปดูทู้นับญาติมาแย้ว) น้ำแข็งใสแบบนี้ของโปรดเลยค่า ตอนเด็กๆก็เห็นว่าตะปูมีสนิมนะ แต่ก็แกล้งทำเป็นมองไม่เห็น ก็มันอาหย่อยนี่นา เดี๋ยวนี้ยังมีที่ไหนขายอีกมั้ยน้อ

Snow cone

มีวิธีใหม่ๆนะค่ะ

Steps

1. Put as much ice as you want into the blender.
2. If the blender has an ice-crushing option, choose that. If not, just blend it. (You HAVE to add A LOT of water to help with the blending.)
3. Pour the ice into the paper cup until entirely full.
4. Pour syrup into the cup for about 2/5 of the way.
5. Pour a little bit of your favorite juice in it.

The Snow Shaver ice grinder is simple to use--just drop a block of ice in the top, secure the lid, and turn the crank. Within minutes, you'll produce a mound of shaved ice that can become a snow cone, a margarita, or a bed for shrimp cocktail. Freeze juices, coffee, tea, or milk for cool (and low-fat) summer treats. The only difficult part is getting the ice out of the freezer cup; you need to let it thaw for several minutes before the product will slide out.
