การขึ้น-ลง lift และบันไดเลือน ใช้ v. อะไรคะ รบกวนขอตัวอย่างการใช้ด้วยคะ

คิดว่า

go up by the lift/escalator  or go up the escalator.

go down by the lift/escalator or go down the escalator.

Take an escalator up to 2nd floor / down to 2nd floor.

Escalator:  ใช้  take the escalator up/down to .....floor  หรือจะใช้ go up/down the escalator ก็ได้เหมือนกันครับ:

- He is going up/down the escalator to 5th floor.

- Let's take the escalator up/down to the lobby.

 

Lift/elevator:  ใช้  take the elevator up/down to ....floor  หรือ  "ride" แทน "take" ก็ได้ครับ;     ออกจาก elevator = get off the elevator หรือ come out of the elevator

- You take/ride the elevator up/down to 7th floor.  Get off it and turn left.  His room is 715. 

- Hey, is that girl your friend?   She is coming out of the elevator with a big heavy bag.

การใช้ come down กับ go down ใช้ต่างกันยังงัย

ในการ์ตูนเวลาบอกให้ลงจากโต๊ะ เขาใช้ come down from the chair

come down กับ go down  ใช้ต่างกันโดยยึดผู้พูดเป็นหลักครับ:

1.  come  = มา (ในทิศทางของผู้พูด)

2.  go = ไป (ในทิศทางออกจากตัวผู้พูด)  เช่น

- Come down from the chair  =  ลงมาจากเก้าอี้ โดยเราบอกให้ลงมาจากเก้าอี้มาในทิศทางที่เราพูดอยู่   

ลองดูประโยคอื่น ๆ เช่น:

 

- Come to the 2nd floor.  = มาชั้น 2 หน่อย  (ผู้พูดอยู่ชั้น 2)

- Go to the 2nd floor.  =  ไปชั้น 2 หน่อย  (ผู้พูดอยู่ชั้น 1)
