To over come the obstacles you have to first see where you are and what the obstacle is. There'r a lot of things in my life that I cannot change and obstacles have come in my way. Some have been in my control, some haven't been obviously. Been born without arms and legs wasn't in my control and that is a big obstacle. To overcome the obstacle you have to realize where you are to visualize yourself overcoming this obstacle. To focus on the positive thing that we do have, using everything we have to the best of ability and never giving up. That mean overcome big obstacle you won't overcome it the first time obviously. That when you fall down god come and give you the strength to get up again and try again.
