Common English questions, answers and sentences to use with young children

Are you _________? (hungry/sleepy/tired/bored/thirsty/ready/having fun/finished)

Do you want some _________? (some juice/some milk/some cookies/some rice/some chicken/some (food))

Do you want Mommy/Daddy to ________? (pick you up/read you a story/help you eat/give you a bath/ (action))

Do you want to ________? (take a bath/eat lunch/play with your toys/color/swim/(action))

The answers to these questions is "yes" or "no". They are easy for your child to answer when you help him or her.

Common actions:

Do want you to ________?

- get out of the bathtub

- dry yourself with the towel

- brush your teeth

- color your book

- eat your food

- talk to me

- play with your friend

- speak English

- drink some water

- eat some watermelon

- go to Lotus/Big C

- go to the park

- come with Mommy/Daddy

- wash your hands

Again, the answer to these questions is "yes" or "no".

You can also say "Can you please _________?" and use all the same actions.

I think so it's too expensive and I'm not sure in African teacher. I worry about accent and character. อยากไปอยู่สุราษฯ จังวุ้ย

I don't think having your daughter study with African people will help her. Sometimes the people from South Africa don't have too much of an accent, but usually they do. I don't know the details about the class but it sounds expensive. You should try to send her to a language school where she can speak English every day. 4 years old is not too young.

You can say:

- Mom, I am going to go line up on the ground floor.

There isn't a more specific word than this. This is because schools are set up differently in Western countries. Students line up inside or in a courtyard (outside). They don't line up in the empty space underneath a building. So there is no good word for it. The best thing to say is "ground level" because the space is the same level as the ground.

mthk ka fr yr kindness! i'd like to ask you my daugther 4 years old she can understand english dialog and she can speak english in short sentence on sometime if i let her to study with english teacher (African people) it might be good fr her or not, but the course is so expensive 1 time/500 bht course subject abt cooking drawing etc i'm not sure it's work or not

ลูกบอกก่อนจะไปเข้าแถวว่า "แม่ครับ ผมอยากจะไปเข้าแถวเคารพธงชาติตรงใต้ถุนตึกเรียนครับ" พูดengว่าอย่างไรคะ
คืองี้ค่ะ คุณครูเค้าจะแยกถ้าเด็กไปทันเข้าแถวเค้าจะให้เข้าตามห้องแล้วยืนอยู่ลานโล่ง(แต่มีหลังคาคลุมใหญ่ๆระหว่างตึก 2 ตึก) แต่ถ้าเด็กมาสายเค้าจะแยกให้เข้าแถวใต้ถุนตึกเรียน แล้วลูกชายน่ะไปทันเข้าแถวตลอด แต่อารมณ์อยากเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศน่ะค่ะ เราก็นึกไม่ออกว่าจะเรียก 2 ส่วนที่แตกต่างนี้ว่าอย่างไร(โดยเฉพาะคำว่า"ใต้ตึก/ใต้ถุนตึกเนี่ย)
