Good questions.

"Get up" can be used in two different ways:

1. You can say "get up" to someone who is on the ground for some reason. Maybe they fell or maybe they are crawling. When you "get up" you are telling them you want them to stand up. "Get up" is a strong command. It is very direct. If you say "Please get up" then it will be nicer.

2. You can say "get up" to someone who is sleeping. They are lying in bed and you are asking them to get out of bed. Again, "please get up" is nicer.

"Wake up" can only be used for someone who is asleep. "Awake" is the opposite of "sleep". "Wake up" is the opposite of "go to sleep". When you say "wake up" you are telling the sleeping person not to sleep anymore.

"Get in" means come inside (enter) right now. It is a strong command.

"Come in" is a nice way of asking someone to enter. You can say it to welcome someone.

If you want to speak softly, then you should use "come in". If it is an emergency, you can use "get in".

I hope this helps.
Thank you Peter,

Your explanation gives me more awareness of using 'get in' as I've never known that it sounds command. So next time in the normal situation I'd rather use 'come in' or 'go in'. Then answer of no.1 should be 'Let's go in the house.

Best regard,

Oranai
