-> ข้อนี้ขอแปลตรงตัวเลยละกันนะครับ  ;)   Play fair.  Don't cheat/ that's cheating.

->  The policeman is writing a ticket to the driver who broke the traffic law .

->  When I sat in the back seat on the way to school, I felt the ride was very bumpy when the van went over the speed bump.  I almost bumped/hit my head on the roof.  

4.อาจเป็นเพราะลมยางแข็งไป หรือ เพราะว่าหนูนั่งเบาะหลังพอดีกับตรงล้อรถ

->  Perhaps the tyre is too hard because of too much tyre pressure.  Or the seat you were sitting on is right on the rear wheel.

ถ้าจะบอกว่า อย่าเติมลมยาง(จักรยาน)มากเกินไป เดี๋ยวยางแข็งแล้วจะกระเด้งมาก

Please don't pump up the tyres too much otherwise they will be too hard and it'll be so bumpy when riding . ได้ไหมคะ

ได้นะครับ  เพียงแต่ว่าตอนหลังของประโยคแรกที่ว่า  ..they will be too hard and it'll be so bumpy when riding  ควรเป็น  .. they will be too hard and make the ride bumpy   เพราะว่า เป็น "ride" ที่ bumpy เป็นผลมาจากยางแข็งเกินครับ
