ถอดไม่ออก/ มีแสงออกมาด้วย / รบกวนช่วยแต่งเป็นภาษาอังกฤษหน่อยค่ะ

พอดีว่า ดูการ์ตูนกับลูกค่ะ เรื่องทอม กับเจอรี่ ตอนแหวน วิเศษ 

เนื่้อเรื่องประมาณว่าแหวนของนักมายากล ติดที่หัวเจอรี่ และพยายามถอดออกแต่มันไม่ออก และที่หัวแหวนมีแสงออกมา และ ก็มีพวกแมว หมา จะมาพยายามช่วยกันถอดออก  แต่ไม่สำเร็จ  ในเนื่้อเรื่องมันไม่มีประโยคพูดเลย ก็กะว่าจะเล่าไปดูไป ให้ลูกฟังด้วยอะค่ะ  รบกวนท่านผู้รู้ช่วยแต่งประโยคให้ด้วยนะค่ะ 

1. แหวนติดที่หัว

2. ถอดไม่ออก

3. ใช้คีมหนีบออกก็ไม่ได้

4. ใช้จารบีทาตัว ทาหัวก็ไม่ออก

5. เจ้าของร้านแหวนกลับมาแล้ว

6. เจ้าแมวทอมแอบมาเป็นเจ้าของร้านแหวนเอง

7. ทอมไล่จับ เจอรี่ ซะร้านพังเลย 

8. ทอมแอบเข้าไปในร้านได้แล้ว

9. ถอดได้แล้ว 

10. แหวนมันใส่กลับเข้าไปที่หัวอีกแล้ว

11.น่าสงสารเจ้าหนูตัวเล็กจังเลย

12. มีหนูเกเร อยู่2 ตัว

13. โดนเสกให้เป็นชีส แล้ว

14. เจอรี่ใจดีมากๆ

->  The ring is stuck on Jerry's head.

2. ถอดไม่ออก

->  It can't be pulled off.

3. ใช้คีมหนีบออกก็ไม่ได้

-> Using pliers doesn't work either.

4. ใช้จารบีทาตัว ทาหัวก็ไม่ออก

->  Applying grease all over his body and head still can't get the ring off.  หรือ The ring is still stuck tightly though Jerry has been greased from head to toe.

5. เจ้าของร้านแหวนกลับมาแล้ว

->  The owner of the jewelry store is back.

6. เจ้าแมวทอมแอบมาเป็นเจ้าของร้านแหวนเอง

->  In fact, Tom has disguised himself as the owner of the store.

7. ทอมไล่จับ เจอรี่ ซะร้านพังเลย

->  Tome chased Jerry around the store and ruined everything in the store.

8. ทอมแอบเข้าไปในร้านได้แล้ว

->  Tom has sneaked into the store.

9. ถอดได้แล้ว

->  It's off!

10. แหวนมันใส่กลับเข้าไปที่หัวอีกแล้ว

->  The ring has slipped back on his head again.

11.น่าสงสารเจ้าหนูตัวเล็กจังเลย

-> Oh, poor little mouse.

12. มีหนูเกเร อยู่2 ตัว

->  There are 2 bad mice.

13. โดนเสกให้เป็นชีส แล้ว

->  With one wave of the magic wand, he has been turned into cheese.

14. เจอรี่ใจดีมากๆ 

->  Jerry is so happy.

15. ทอมโดนดุเลย

->  Tom was scolded.

16. ว๊าว.มีแสงวิเศษออกมาด้วย

->  Wow, it's giving off magic light/sparks.

17. เสกให้มันหายไป

->  Wave the magic wand to make it disappear.

18. แว๊บ..หายไปแล้ว

->  It's gone!

19. ถอดออกได้ซะที

->  It's off at last.

20. เจอรี่สบายใจแล้ว

->  Jerry feels good and happy now.

ถ้าจะบอกว่า 

  เสกให้มันเป็นก้อนหิน   Wave the magic wand to turn it into the rock. หรือ make it to the rock.  ได้ไหมค่ะ

คุณรัชนีคำถามน่าสนใจอีกแล้ว  จะใช้ turn หรือ make ก็ได้ครับ แต่ความหมายต่างกันนิดนึงตรงที่ว่า  หากเปลี่ยนสิ่งหนึ่ง ไปแปลงร่างเป็นอีกสิ่งหนึ่ง เพราะเวทมนต์  ก็ใช้ turn into something  (ตาม Longman dictionary  "turn someone into something" =   to change by magic from one thing into another, or to make something do this. = เปลี่ยนจากสิ่งหนึ่ง กลายเป็น อีกสิ่งหนึ่งด้วยเวทมนต์)        

 

แต่หากเปลี่ยนสถานะภาพ/ นิสัย / บุคลิก/ ท่าทาง/ ฯลฯ หรือให้เป็นอะไรอย่างที่หวัง  ก็ใช้ make someone/something into ....; make someone/something + adj. ; make someone/something + verb ช่อง1  ได้เหมือนกันครับเช่น:

 

- I wish I could use magic to make you into a good student. (อันนี้จะเป็น...make you a good student ก็ได้)

- Do you expect me to wave a magic wand and make your room tidy? (= ลูกจะคาดหวังให้แม่ร่ายมนต์ให้ห้องมันเรียบร้อยเองหรือไง?)

- Wave the magic wand and make all the problems go away?  (= ร่ายมนต์แล้วทำให้ปัญหาทุกอย่างหายไปหรือไง?)

I wish I could use magic to make tomorrow into saturday.   ใช้เวทย์มนต์ทำให้พรุ่งนี้เป็นวันเสาร์     ได้ไหมค่ะ

หากเป็นรูปแบบ make something into something จะใช้ในความหมายว่าเปลี่ยนของสิ่งหนึ่ง ให้เป็นอีกสิ่งหนึ่งเพื่อให้ใช้สอยได้อีกแบบ หรือเพื่อใช้งานอีกจุดประสงค์หนึ่ง (different uses or purposes)  เช่น:

 

-  Harry Potter novels have been made into movies.

-  Now since you have become a big girl, I will make this room into your bedroom.   

 

ดังนั้นหากเป็นแบบที่รัชนีถามมาซึ่งเป็นแบบหวังแบบเล่น ๆ แบบไม่จริง หรือแบบต้องใช้เวทย์มนต์ถึงจะทำได้ ก็น่าจะใช้ "turn something into something" ซึ่งตรงกับในกรณี ทำให้ tomorrow เป็น saturday มากกว่าครับ

                I would turn tomorrow into saturday.

                I would make you a rich.

ก็ได้ใช่ไหมค่ะ

ใช่ครับ   แต่ I would make you a rich ควรเป็น:

1.  I would make you rich  คือใช้ในรูปแบบ "make somebody/something + adjective"  หรือ

2.  I would make you a rich man  คือใช้ในรูปแบบ "make somebody something"  ครับ

  คำว่า rich  ถ้าจะใช้ในความหมายว่า  คนรวย  ต้องมี the ไช่ไหมค่ะ

    I would make you the rich / a rich man.

หากเป็น the rich  กับ  the rich man จะความหมายต่างกันครับ  :

1.  the rich man = คนรวยคนหนึ่งที่เรารู้จัก/ที่รู้จักกัน เป็น นาม เอกพจน์

2.  the rich = คนรวย เป็น "collective noun"  คือนาม ที่มีจำนวนมากกว่า 1 ขึ้นไป  และใช้กับ verb พหูพจน์  เช่น  The rich/the poor/  are......

ดังนั้น I would make you the rich man หรือ a rich man ก็ใช้ได้  แต่จะใช้เป็น  I would make you the rich  เฉยๆ จะไม่ได้ครับ
