1.ทำไมท้องเสียได้กินอะไรเข้าไปบ้างจำได้ไหม . Why you got upset stomach ,what was something you eat can you remember?
2บอกแล้วให้กินยาคูลท์ทุกวันจะได้มีจูลินทรีย์ตัวดีเยอะกว่าจูลินทรีย์ตัวร้ายในลำไส้จะช่วยให้ไม่ป่วยมาก.
3.ล้างมือบ้างหรือเปล่าตอนอยู่ที่โรงเรียนน่ะ บางทีอาหารกลางวันทีโรงเรียนอาจจะมีแมลงวันมาตอมก็ได้

5. ใช่มันอาจแสบได้เพราะหนูถ่ายบ่อย ดื่มเกลือแร่แทนน้ำไปก่อนนะ อย่าเพิ่งดื่มนม

       -- > ขอเเก้นิดหน่อยค่ะ เป็น I don't want to see doctor. I don't want to take any capsule.

7.มันเม็ดใหญ่หนูกลืนไม่ลงมันจะอ้วก

      The capsule is so big. I feel vomit when I take it.

8.คุณหมอคงเห็นว่าหนูโตแล้วจึงจ่ายยาเม็ด

      The doctor give the capsules to you becasue you grow up.

9.ยังก็ต้องกินแล้วกินติดต่อกันจนยาหมดด้วยเพราะเป็นยาฆ่าเชื้อ

      You have to take all of antibiotics as doctor advice because they can kill microorganisms and cure bacterial infections.

11นอนพักซะบ้างสิ ยังทำตัวเหมือนไม่ได้ป่วยเลยนะเนี่ยะ

        You are sick. You need some rest. Why don't you act as normal.

- Are you having diarrhea?  I wonder what you ate.  Do you remember?

2บอกแล้วให้กินยาคูลท์ทุกวันจะได้มีจูลินทรีย์ตัวดีเยอะกว่าจูลินทรีย์ตัวร้ายในลำไส้จะช่วยให้ไม่ป่วยมาก.

- I told you so to drink Yakult daily.   It can get you a lot of  good bacteria to outnumber the bad ones.  You won't be too sick when you have food poisoning.      (outnumber = มีจำนวนมากกว่าอีกอย่างหนึ่ง)

- Do you wash hands regularly at school?  Or maybe you ate the food that flies landed on.

-  My anus is sore.  (sore [adj.] = (ผิวหนัง)อักเสบแสบแดง)

5. ใช่มันอาจแสบได้เพราะหนูถ่ายบ่อย ดื่มเกลือแร่แทนน้ำไปก่อนนะ อย่าเพิ่งดื่มนม

- It is sore because you have severe diarrhea.  Take electrolyte drink  first during this time instead of milk.

6.หนูไม่อยากไปหาหมอหนูไม่อยากกินยาฆ่าเชื้อI don't want to see doctor idon't want to take a capsule

- I don't want to see a doctor and take antibiotics.

7.มันเม็ดใหญ่หนูกลืนไม่ลงมันจะอ้วก

- The pill (capsule) is so big that I can choke on it.  (choke on = สำลัก)

8.คุณหมอคงเห็นว่าหนูโตแล้วจึงจ่ายยาเม็ด

-  Doctor prescribed you the pills (capsules) because you have grown.  (prescribe = จ่ายยา)

9.ยังก็ต้องกินแล้วกินติดต่อกันจนยาหมดด้วยเพราะเป็นยาฆ่าเชื้อ

-  You have to take them no matter what.  And you have to finish them up because they are antibiotics.  (no matter what = จะยังไงก็แล้วแต่)

10ถ้าหนูกินยาฆ่าเชื้อไม่หมดตามหมอสั่งต่อไปหนูจะเป็นโรคดื้อยาคือเชื้อโรคดื้อยา เวลาป่วยกินยาแล้วก็จะไม่ค่อยหาย

- If you don't finish them up, you will have drug resistance problem.  When you are ill again, the drugs will have problems curing you.  (drug resistance = การดื้อยา)

11นอนพักซะบ้างสิ ยังทำตัวเหมือนไม่ได้ป่วยเลยนะเนี่ยะ

-  Take a rest, will you?  You just act up like you are fine boy!  (act up [phrasal v.] = เล่นซนเสียงดัง ไม่หยุด)

รบกวนคุณเอกอีกนิดค่ะ regularly เป็นการทำสิ่งใดเป็นประจำเป็นนิสัยเคยทำในอดีต เหมือนalways ใช่มั้ยค่ะแต่สังเกตุการใช้ว่าถ้าเป็นalwaysเป็นadv.จะวางไว้หลังv.be แต่regularly เป็นadj. จะอยู่หลังคำนามทุกครั้งมั้ยคะ

"regularly" เป็น adverb =  often = บ่อย ๆ แต่ไม่ใช่เป็นการทำสิ่งใดเป็นประจำเป็นนิสัยเคยทำในอดีตครับ   และไม่เหมือนกับ "always" ที่เป็น adverb เหมือนกัน แต่ = all the time, at all times, or every time = ประจำ, ตลอดเวลา, ทุก ๆ เวลา

ตำแหน่งของ always ในประโยค:  หลัก ๆ จะวางหน้า verb แท้ และ หลัง verb ช่วย ;  หรือหากประโยคเป็น V.to be + adj. ก็จะอยู่หน้า adj.  เช่น She is always early.

  

ตำแหน่งของ regularly ในประโยคจะยืดหยุ่นมากกว่า always  คือ จะอยู่ท้ายประโยค หรือ หลัง verb แท้ก็ได้ เช่น

- I exercise at this park regularly.

- She regularly eats fish.

ส่วน regular เป็น adj. ของ regularly ครับ
