Shall,sould /can,could

ใชต่างกันมั๊ยคะ เลือกใช้ยังไงคะShall,sould เนี่ยะเลือกที่ไม่ใช้ไปเลยได้มั๊ยคะ งง....(งง..มา 20 กว่าปีแล้วง่ะ) อิอิ..
ได้อ่านกระทู้เกียวกับการใช้ can,could แล้วขอบคุณผู้ตั้งกระทู้รวมถึงอาจารย์ท่านอื่นๆด้วยนะคะ

SHALL (ควรจะ / จะ)

Present Tense || Past Tense
shall || should
จำง่าย ๆ I, We --> Shall, นอกนั้น --> Should

การใช้ shall
ใช้เพื่อขออนุญาตหรืออาสา เช่น
Shall I let the dog in?

ใช้เมื่อขอคำแนะนำ ขอความเห็น เช่น
What shall I give Kathy on her birthday?
Shall I...? Shall I carry your bags?
Shall we ...? Shall we go home?

ใช้แสดงความตั้งใจ ความมุ่งมั่น เช่น
I shall return.

การใช้ should
ใช้ในความหมาย ควรจะ (ทำบางสิ่งบางอย่าง) เช่น
It's late. You should get some sleep.
You go to school late everyday. You should get up early.

ใช้เมื่อพูดเกี่ยวกับภาระหน้าที่และความคิดเห็นที่ใกล้เคียงกัน เช่น
People should obey your parents.

ใช้ Should I....? สำหรับการขอคำแนะนำ การยื่นมือช่วยเหลือ เช่น
Should I buy this book?
Should I help you do homework?

ใช้แสดงความคาดหวัง ความน่าจะเป็น
เช่น He should be here any minute.

ใช้ในรูป should + have + กริยาช่อง 3 เพื่อกล่าวถึงสิ่งที่ควรจะกระทำแต่กลับไม่ได้ทำ เช่น
You should have told me yesterday.
They should have gone to the meeting.
I should have told you about your girlfriend.

ใช้กับประโยค if clause เช่น
If I had a lot of money, I should be very happy.

เมื่อใช้ในรูปปฏิเสธ เติม not ข้างหลัง shall และ should (โดยมีรูปย่อ shan't และ shouldn't)
