ลูกชายอายุเพิ่งจะ 5 ขวบ ตอนนี้ต้องใส่แว่นซะแล้ว เพราะสายตาสั้น มองตัวหนังสือที่กระดานไม่เห็นเลย ภาษาอังกฤษใช้ He got shorted sight หรือเปล่าคะ He often told his teacher that he got headache, maybe it causes from his sight problem. Today is his first day to wear glasses. เขียนแบบนี้ถูกมั๊ยคะ

ไม่รู้ช่วยได้มากน้อยแค่ไหน ลองดูนะคะ

My son is 5 years lod and looks like he has got short sight in his eyes. He is not able to read even big letters and see pictures which is slightly far also. I am very much worries as he has got a heahache from this problem. Today he just start wearing the eyeglasses.


ค้นมาให้ค่ะ เผื่อเป็นประโยชน์ได้บ้าง จากเวบที่เกี่ยวกับตานะคะ เพื่อชะลอและบำรุงสายตาค่ะ

Please try to do the following.
1) Give her a green vegitables.
2) Carot and foold with vitamin A.
3) Start watching Astha channel at 5:30/6:30AM and start doing Parnayam.

ขอบคุณนะคะที่ให้ความเห็นและคำแนะนำค่ะ คาดว่าน้องน่าจะได้รับมรดกมาจากคุณพ่อซึ่งสายตาสั้นมากค่ะ เพราะน้องเองไม่ดูทีวี ไม่เล่นเกมส์ค่ะ แต่ชอบอ่านหนังสือมากค่ะ ตอนนี้ไปกว้านซื้อโคมไฟอ่านหนังสือมาวางทุกมุมของบ้านเลยคะ
Thank you for all your comment and suggestions. I guess my son got genetic from his dad who also got short sighted. As my son rarely watches t.v and play computer games. Last week I have been to the Mall to buy many sets of lamp. Huh! Anyway, I still worry and feel sorry for my son to start wearing glasses at his early age. ( Please correct if there is any mistake) Thank you.
