These are some sentences for when Mommy needs a rest:

- Can you please let Mommy sit down for a few minutes?

- Mommy is tired.  I need to rest for a while.

- Here are your toys.  You play here and I will watch you.

- Can you draw a picture for Mommy?  I will sit over here and watch you.

- Mommy needs a break.  Can you play with Daddy for a little bit?

- Mommy is taking a nap.  Can you please be quiet?  We will play after I wake up.

- Let's relax together for 10 minutes.  Then we can play some more.

- You have so much energy!  Mommy doesn't have as much as you.  I need to sit down for a while.

- Can you please stop doing that?  You are making more work for Mommy.

- This is Mommy's time now.  That means Mommy is going to do some things that Mommy wants to do.  Why don't you play with your toys?  I will come and play with you in ______ minutes.
