1.After 7.30p.m you can not no more eating or drinking anything ได้ไหมคะพูดไปแล้วแต่ไม่แน่ใจค่ะ คือห้ามลูกๆกินอาหารทุกอย่างรวมนำ้ด้วยก่อนนอน2ชั่วโมงค่ะ กำลังแก้ปัญหาเรื่องลูกๆฉี่รดที่นอนอยู่ค่ะ

ช่วงตอนหลังประโยคเป็นอย่างนี้ดีกว่านะครับ After 7.30pm, you should not eat or drink anything.  หรือจะเป็นทางการหน่อยก็ You should refrain from eating and drinking 2 hours before going to bed. ครับ
