I shouldn't drink that coffee. If I shouldn't drink . I would be sleep.It means not happend yet. Is that correct?
I shouldn't have drunk that coffee. If I shouldn't drunk. I would have slept. It means happend.
Help me If this is incorrect.

I shouldn't drink that coffee. If I don't drink it, I will be able to sleep. (not yet happened).
I shouldn't have drunk that coffee. If I hadn't drunk it, I would have slept. (this is "hypothetical" เป็นข้อสมมุติ because it's too late to change - you did drink the coffee and now you can't sleep).

I know this might be complicated for many. I will post a new topic on using conditional sentences very soon.
